Confidence Building Programs through Communication classes
Here at ECHM, we conduct regular confidence building programs in our communication classes through group discussions, public speaking, extempore, role-plays etc. By providing the soft skill training we ensure strong practical orientation to the students and help them in building and improving their skills in communication, the effective use of English language, business correspondence, presentations, team building, leadership, time management, group discussions, interviews, and inter-personal skills. Apart from Soft Skills we also believe in enhancing the grooming standards of students.
Practical training is given a great importance in order to enhance student’s learning through practice. This “on the floor” training helps to boost student confidence. We conduct practical classes on daily basis and conduct practical tests through workshops on continuous basis.
Audio/Visual – Based
Students are provided with lectures through Audio/Visual Aids for enhancing their knowledge. Students are also given projects on which they have to prepare presentations on regular basis.
Guest Lectures and seminars
Students are provided with Guest Lectures on monthly basis which help to provide students with an eye of vision through which they can find a path for their better future. They share real-time knowledge in the form of failure and success stories. Seminars and presentations are also conducted for the students to build their self-confidence, which is the need of today's world.
Personality Development Sessions
The way you look, the way you dress and present yourself speaks the dimensions of your approach. The Personality Development sessions enhance overall personality of a person and provide him with better career prospects. We have a grooming session every morning which helps student to develop their grooming standards. Here at ECHM we make every effort to develop personality of the student.
Industrial and outdoor Visits
Students are provided with industrial visits on regular basis to have real time learning through professionals working in the Hospitality Industry. Moreover, they experience the actual functioning of all the relevant departments of the Industry.
These visits are important as they provide great learning experiences to students outside the classroom. And to make students enhance their confidence, team building abilities etc. with fun.
Self-Initiated learning is developed through monthly assignments that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving abilities among the students.
This is a unique way of Evaluation where in students are graded on monthly basis for attendance, discipline, performance in assignments, workshops and tests. This Progress Tracking System ensures all elements of learning are provided to students for developing the required professional competency.
